Good morning Kevin this *** from *** , I was wondering if you can give me some help with the weight scale , I have an issue with the main vibrator , it’s not vibrating . Would you happen to know the reason or probable cause which it’s no functioning properly , and what we can do to reboot it or fix it . If you can get back to me with some information I would highly appreciate it , Thank you .
Hi ***, not sure this is which brand weigher. Is there any alarm on the operation screen?
First you can check on "Manual test page" if the Main Vibrator can work, and is not banned.
If the setting is no problem, then there maybe problem with the wire connection between Vibrator Driver and the Main Vibrator. ( Problems may exist in Driver, Wire Connection, and Vibrator) I have a doc about how to identify the problem, you can first have a look.
You can first find the related driver for the vibrator. Usually there will be 14+1 driver under control box, the other 14 is for the linear vibrator and hopper, and 1 is for the mian vibrator. [ the driver get signal and power form main control board and power supply board, you also can check this input wire if connected well]
