I'm glad to introduce our company (Wenzhou Eta Import & Export Co., Ltd.) and services and let you know more about us.
We are a company mainly focused on providing mechanical equipment and solutions from the Chinese market. We not only serve our local factories in China, but also we export good products and solutions to overseas markets. We can analyze, design and produce machines for special cases with customers and suppliers. Gather products and solutions to make an automatic line is within our ability. We are more than just a trading company.
Our products mainly come from machines that we are familiar with and approved, machines from factories run by our friends and partners, non-standard types of equipment used in actual applications (some we can design and produce ourselves), and locally produced industrial products (although not our main field, you can ask and get a quote from us if you happen to need it).
Our team mainly consists of equipment sales managers with many years of experience, professional mechanical and electrical engineers, and marketing and programmers for support. All our members work together to provide customers with the most responsive service.
Our registered Trademark "ETAPACK" is based on two words "ETA" and "PACK". The word "ETA" comes from the Greek Alphabet and is also written as "η", which is the inspiration for our logo. In the field of mechanical design, "η" is often used to represent mechanical efficiency. We also use this meaning to express our hope that our services are efficient. "PACK" is often used in the field of packaging, but we are not just providing packaging equipment. We hope that our services and products together can be delivered to our customers as an efficient "PACK".
The reason why I run this company is that we think we can be a better "bridge" between our customers and product suppliers, and we can do better than a normal trader or factory itself. I found this through experiences as a mechanical engineer and sales of an export trading company. Only when we have the professional knowledge about the equipment and the right way to find customers and understand customer's requirements, can we provide good pre-sales and aftersales services to customers and build a good reputation.

Co-Founder and product manager, Liz is the driving force behind the company. She will manage the product range and find worthy product partners. Liz will unite all our members to provide worthwhile work and good products for all our customers. She also will work on art design and domestic marketing.
Kevin Lin, Engineer
Co-founder and main member of Etapack. Kevin has a rich knowledge of machines and has many years of experience as a Sales Engineer. Now he designs automation machines and provides solutions for customers in this company, and some foreign trade marketing work.
Lisa Lin, Sales Manager
Lisa has over 8 years of experience in a foreign trade company. She sells Machines and Car Parts on AliExpress, Amazon and Alibaba. Lisa has rich knowledge about import and export and also will guide our new sales to provide good presales and aftersales services.
Mia Xu, Finance Manager
Mia has had her accounting license since her graduation. She has experience in state-owned enterprises and a few years of exporting accounting practice. She will help the company deal with the accounting and tax reports. And some document work for exporting.
