Premade bag packaging machines typically do not include material measuring components. They rely on external material measuring and filling systems to control the filling of bags according to requirements, which can impact overall packaging speed. This separation of functions maximizes the use of the packaging machine itself. When there are changes in materials, such as switching from granular or powdered materials to liquid or paste materials, or when there are changes in measurement ranges and methods, only the measuring system needs to be replaced to reuse the packaging system.
Initially introduced from abroad, premade bag packaging machines have gradually become popular in China. Due to domestic advantages in processing and imitation, numerous manufacturers have emerged, leading to a gradual decrease in prices. However, the varying product quality, materials, and after-sales support highlight the discrepancies among manufacturers.
